PAYMENT METHODS

Our payment processor automatically calculates and charges sales tax for each order from states in which we have to charge sales tax. At the moment, we are only accepting orders on the website, and all orders must be processed through our payment processor.

Until we are in production, orders will be backordered, if possible. Once we are in production, orders will be filled in the order received.

SHIPPING METHODS

Once we are in production, we will ship USPS Small Flat Rate Box, fully insured, as soon as possible after receipt of payment.

Shipping charges are $11 plus $5 per item to cover insurance costs. If you order one item, your total shipping costs will be $16. If you order two items, your shipping costs will be $21. While we use USPS flat rate boxes, it does take us some time to create shipping documents and package orders. We do not charge a handling fee.

SHIPPING ERRORS

Once RevUp Action® delivers a package to USPS and the package has been scanned into the USPS system, our prompt shipping responsibility is fulfilled, and we have no further control over delivery.

If your order is:

LOST or DAMAGED by USPS

We are not responsible for any errors made by the United States Postal Service or any other carrier. If your package does not arrive, and tracking information states that it was delivered, we will require you to contact your local post office to inquire about the misdelivery, then to wait an additional 3 business days before we initiate a claim with the post office, just in case your package is delayed or redelivered. Once we initiate the claim, we will either refund your money or ship a replacement, at our discretion.

RETURNED to us

If a package is returned because it was incorrectly addressed, we will contact the buyer for the correct address. If the error was the buyer’s, the buyer will need to pay additional shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again. If the error was ours, we will re-ship at our cost.

REFUSED or UNCLAIMED

If delivery is refused by recipient or the package is unclaimed for any reason, once the order is returned to RevUp ActionTM, a refund will be issued for the cost of the order, minus shipping and handling charges.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

RevUp Action® cannot ship any orders outside of the United States due to regulatory restrictions, nor can we accept payment methods drawn on banks not in the U.S. Please search for the following for more information:

Gibraltar Arms exports firearms and firearms parts outside the U.S. While they do not list our parts on their website and do not keep an inventory of our parts, you can reach out to them to try to have our products exported to you.

Please note that Gibraltar Arms may add a surcharge above and beyond our list prices, and shipping will likely also cost more than it would domestically.


RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your order, or it doesn’t fit, or it doesn’t work right, you can return your order for a refund minus applicable shipping charges, if the return is initiated within 30 calendar days of receipt, as indicated by USPS tracking information. A refund can only be processed for parts returned in their original condition, unaltered.

To receive a refund, you must contact us for an RMA. We will provide you with a USPS label to use to ship the kit back to us.

If you decide not to use the label we provide, then you must ship your order back using USPS Priority Mail, with tracking, or FedEx with tracking and with signature required, or UPS with tracking. We will issue your refund, minus shipping and handling charges, when we have your order back and have visually verified that it is complete.

If you send your order back by FedEx and do not require a signature, we will not be responsible if packages are missing, and your refund will not be processed if the order does not arrive. We have had experiences where FedEx indicates that a delivery was made, yet we did not receive the package. FedEx refuses to insure packages that are not shipped with a signature required.
